Personalized Education

Arenales Summit is committed to providing its families with a personalized and holistic education so that each student can reach the maximum development of their abilities, form their own judgment, and make decisions freely and responsibly. We offer a personal improvement plan for each student.
Our personalized education model is based on four pillars:

  • The Family, the protagonist of education: Parents, together with the personal tutor, track and guide their child’s educational program.
  • The Teachers: With their ongoing training, experience, and education, they ensure a commitment that goes beyond the academic program, providing the student with the solutions they need based on their age and personal situation.
  • The Students: Each student is equally important. The schools of the Fundación Arenales shape people, develop skills, stimulate habits, educate in virtues, propose models of conduct, and enhance the freedom of each person.
  • The Personal Tutor or Mentor: Each student is assigned a personal tutor who works closely with the parents to establish and review the educational program and all aspects of the student’s development.

Constant attention

At our school, every student deserves constant attention, personalized treatment, and appropriate monitoring, both of their academic performance and their integration into school life, always respecting their personal freedom. This is something that essentially distinguishes us from other educational institutions in the area.

The figure of the personal tutor, a teacher who takes on the responsibility of assisting parents in the education of each child, maintaining a collaborative, never substitutive, attitude. The tutor helps the student with their academic performance, motivating and advising them. They are the person who encourages them day by day to maintain a positive and overcoming attitude, helping them to build a strong, free, and balanced personality.

To effectively carry out this work, the tutor has specific time and training, but also has the commitment of the family. Permanent and sincere dialogue characterizes the communication between parents, teacher, and student. Maintaining close family-school collaboration makes it possible to detect potential problems from the start and address them.
