Currently, almost all sectors require transformation, and education is no exception. Today, it is no longer enough to repeat formulas for success from the past or quickly copy the latest trends. To achieve true differentiation, it is necessary to design and implement an innovative educational project based on an audacious strategic vision, one that distinguishes the essential from the accessory, focusing the talent and resources of the organization on a model that provides clear added value to families.
With this in mind, IAM was born 5 years ago, a transformation project that emerged from the need to create a unique style to face the educational challenges of each moment.
Currently, IAM (Innovation, Autonomy, and Mentoring) is our style, which we use to approach any project and is common to all educational centers in the network.
The goal is to improve academic excellence, value-based education, and the extracurricular profile of the student.
They are three exclusive programs of Arenales Red Educativa designed to enhance the personal growth of the student. Three resources that originated within IAM and have the purpose of educating our students in the creation of a better world with the help and commitment of the entire educational community. The programs benefit from the collaboration and shared experience of the different centers in the network.
