Methodology

A matured and proven evolution

Currently, almost all sectors require transformation, and education is no exception. Today, it is no longer enough to repeat formulas for success from the past or quickly copy the latest trends. To achieve true differentiation, it is necessary to design and implement an innovative educational project based on an audacious strategic vision, one that distinguishes the essential from the accessory, focusing the talent and resources of the organization on a model that provides clear added value to families.

With this in mind, IAM was born 5 years ago, a transformation project that emerged from the need to create a unique style to face the educational challenges of each moment.

Currently, IAM (Innovation, Autonomy, and Mentoring) is our style, which we use to approach any project and is common to all educational centers in the network.

  • Innovation means adapting and finding different solutions to specific problems.
  • Autonomy allows each student to take responsibility for their decisions and be capable of taking control of their life.
  • Mentoring encourages sharing and collaborating with others in their education.

The goal is to improve academic excellence, value-based education, and the extracurricular profile of the student.
